We are able to work with a client’s architect or we can refer one if our clients do not already have one.

For a home to be perfectly tailored to your needs it needs to be built on your land. If you have not found the perfect lot, we can aid in your search.

Finished on Time and on Budget

The entire process from choosing a lot, commissioning an architect, getting the approval on permits and then the construction process, can take anywhere from 18 months to two-plus years.

The first five to six months will involve choosing a lot, hiring an architect, choosing a plan, getting loan approvals, and having your plan reviewed and accepted.

We try to execute each custom home build within the timeline while still maintaining a high attention to detail. The project timeline can vary due to the unpredictable Florida weather or other unexpected roadblocks.
